Steps Toward Committee Membership
Applicants must have a PhD, a relevant history of research, and suitable academic experience to be considered for Scientific Committee membership.
Eligible Academic Rank and Affiliation
Applicants must be Assistant Professors or occupy a higher academic position. Their affiliation should be with a recognized university, higher education institution, or research center.
English Proficiency and Review Conduct
Applicants should be proficient in English. They must review submissions objectively, independently, and fairly. All comments should be constructive and consistent with accepted academic integrity standards.
Usual Annual Review Requirement
Members are usually responsible for reviewing three to four submissions each year. Review assignments can be arranged with flexibility to suit academic and personal schedules.

A certificate is provided after every conference. It recognizes each member's work in reviewing submissions and supporting related scholarly activities.

Requirements for Joining Our Scientific Board
- Expertise: Hold a Ph.D. in a relevant field of study, demonstrating a deep understanding and expertise in your area of specialization.
- Active Research Contributions: Showcase a track record of actively contributing to research through publications, conference presentations, or other scholarly activities.
- Effective Communication: Possess strong fluency in English to facilitate clear and impactful communication within the scientific board and with conference participants.
- Objective Evaluation: Demonstrate a commitment to impartially evaluate and provide constructive feedback on submitted research, ensuring the highest standards of quality and integrity.
- Manageable Workload: Be available to assess three to four submissions per year based on your personal schedule.
