Conference Invitation Letter
The Organizer of the World Conference on Teaching, Learning, and Education will provide an official Invitation Letter to assist participants in their visa application process. However, it's important to note that Invitation Letters will only be granted to delegates who have finalized their registration and fulfilled payment requirements or received approval.
How long does it take to receive the invitation letter?
The invitation letter will be issued within one to three business days after we receive your request. Invitation letters will be issued upon confirmation of registration and payment of the registration fee.
What information is required in the visa request form?
Please make sure you have provided accurate personal details, passport information, and the purpose of your visit to expedite the processing.
